Our Nashville Roots Run Deep.
Being a third generation Native Nashvillian, our family has been in the housing industry here in Nashville since the 1880's when my great grandfather built houses in East Nashville.
As a kid I remember collecting rents with my dad back in the days when we drove house to house every Friday evening to pick up rent, and delivered tins of cookies to tenants at Christmas time.
Fast forward quite a few years -- my wife and I started ownership and management of investment properties in our late 20s-- officially as a business working for other owners in 1987. (Renamed to Property Management Nashville in 2016).
We no longer drive house to house on Fridays, but we do maintain the highest possible standards of service to our owners, with a commitment for excellence, to those we serve.
