Rental Application Criteria:

• Property Viewing Required: All applicants must view the property in person prior to applying. Third-party representation is not accepted

• Application Requirements: Every individual 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application and pay the required application fee. We are required to conduct criminal and background screening on all adult occupants.

• Application Processing: Applications will not be reviewed or processed until all applicants for the property have fully completed, funded, and submitted their applications.

• Pet Policy: If you have pets, please review our Pet Criteria Page (link here) and submit all required documentation with your application.

  • A pet verification fee applies.

  • Approval for leasing does not guarantee pet approval.

• Required Pet Documentation:

  • Veterinary records dated within the last 12 months

  • Proof that all pets are spayed or neutered
