If you apply for one of our properties FIRST VERIFY THAT PROPERTY ACCEPTS PETS.
Then confirm it will accept the type pet you have. We have a few properties that don't allow cats, for example.
Note: While many properties we manage accept pets, there are also many with very strict no pet policies. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE MAKING APPLICATION.
Unfortunately, homeowner’s insurance will not allow the following dog breeds, even in our pet-friendly homes
Full breed or mixed breeds of:
1. Akita 2. Alaskan Malamute 3. Doberman Pinscher 4. German Shepherd 5. Pit Bull
6. Presa Canario 7. Rottweiler 8. Shar-pei 9. American Staffordshire Terrier
10. Wolf/Dog hybrids 11. Labrador Retriever 12. Any pet 55 pounds or larger
Any dog known to have vicious tendencies or known to have previously bitten someone is not permitted.
All pets must be neutered or spayed.
Any dog or cat under the age of one year is not allowed.
Ferrets are not allowed.
All pet reptiles, amphibians, rodents and birds are based on a case by case basis, and require a per pet application fee, along with a pet protection fee per pet.
Dog breeds other than those listed above and cats are considered on a case-by-case basis.
In the case of questions, the Landlord will make the final determination as to the breed or classification of any animal.
All pets require non-refundable pet fees.
Service Animals:
Property Management Nashville does accept service animals per current state and federal guidelines. If you have a service animal, you will need to complete an online animal profile, and provide required documentation. There is no application fee for this process. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with, and understand federal and state guidelines. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
