Your Resident Experience & Benefits

Property Management Nashville is a licensed Tennessee real estate Broker acting as an Agent / Broker for property owners and landlords. We do not own the properties we manage. We offer residents access to our managed property portfolio and we provide a fair, transparent, and easy renting experience.
In addition to rent, residents will pay $20 per month to Property Management Nashville LLC as a Broker fee for this service.
As part of our full service management experience our residents have access to the below benefits.

Pet Friendly

Many of our properties are pet friendly (click for our pet policy). 

Online Rent Payments

Save money on postage and never worry about lost mail. Set up one-time or recurring secure ACH transfers.

Secure Resident Portal

Your password-protected portal allows you to view your payment history, print rent receipts, make repair requests, and update your information anytime.

Quality Repairs

Our vendors are prescreened to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly, and they leave your property clean after a job. 

Security Deposit Protection

Your security deposit is held by us, in an FDIC insured escrow account, and if your property is foreclosed for any reason we guarantee the protection of your security deposit.

Legal Guarantees

We ensure the properties we manage and the processes we follow are legally compliant and we offer an easy, fair, and fully transparent renting experience.

Property Inspections

We inspect your property during your lease term to ensure there are no outstanding repair issues.

Trust

Our family owned business has been serving residents for over 35 years, so you know we will be here tomorrow (and the next day and the next day) with honest, relationship based service.

Giving Back

For every lease we sign we contribute money. The contributions from PMN go to: Sports for Youth through Civitan; Local Public Schools, and the Humane Society of Middle Tennessee.
